In order to provide concrete information to all condominium owners, I would like to bring to their attention this notarized deed dated December 30, 1984.
This is a deed of transfer of the Port Grimaud Port Authority to the State, in which Port Grimaud 1 relinquishes the land parcels of the water plan following the opening of the canals to the sea. The condominium waived all easements through this same deed.
At the request of many residents of Port Grimaud, I wish to ensure broad dissemination of this information.
