As part of the changes to the occupancy arrangements for berths at the Port Grimaud marina, the Port Authority is making available to former concession-holder owners a document presenting the new contractual options.

This document outlines the main features of the 35-year "Garantie d’usage", reserved for eligible rights holders, as well as the annual contract for users who do not wish to opt for the "Garantie d’usage" or who have failed to achieve compliance, in order to help the berth holders better understand the conditions, financial terms and prospects associated with each option.
